i still did not try and check the ver 1.10 yet,
and in the txt file only said correct bug and character balancing in big range,
just like the things released in the Tasofro blog.
Later i will try the ver 1.10 and see how big the changes are o o

HELP, I CAN'T INSTALL PATCHES FOR SOME REASON! When I try, I get some weird error message in Esperanto! What do I do?

ReplyDeleteMaybe you can try to run the patch with AppLocale and with JP, and see how is it.
if still cant, paste out what is the error message that occur o o
Well, a friend helped me out with it...
ReplyDeleteBUUUT something's still wrong.
Y'see, the main problem was when I got up to Utsuho in story mode, the game would crash. So I thought I would need a patch to fix that.
What my friend did was he sent me a copy of the game with the 1.03 patch already installed, so I can use Suwako and THEORETICALLY Utsuho, BUT...
...Utsuho still crashes the game... *sighs*
1.00 did crash alot and many bug,

Maybe you can try to add belows things at the bottom of the configex123.ini file

limit=1
this should can avoid Utsuho's crash problem.

Argh. I can't install the patches either. >.<
ReplyDeleteWhen I get to the end where it asks for the file to install the patch in, it ends up giving an error message that ends in stuff like " * \ |" and other such symbols. I think it's saying it can't have those symbols in the file name...but it's NOT. Argh. This happens on my friends PC as well.
The locale is set to Japanese.
Any ideas? T.T

8615kb, just download and unrar them to the th123 game folder and replace the file.

all the symbols you saw should be japanese word, encoding than you can see it.

ReplyDeleteI was searching for a troubleshoot about the 1.1 patch for the game and it worked.
But even without the patch and the Hisouten game, I can't start the game!
Maybe it's because I don't know how since I just started in the Touhou games (I've never played the others).. I need help. Thanks!

ReplyDeleteWhen I download the file, I can install it and shit, but what do I do afterwards? When I try copying to files in tasofro and place it in my tho123 folder, nothing happens. It still says I need the patch that updates the game to v1.10. Now what?

Make a folder, put the touhou hisoutensoku files in there, run the english patch, then the v 1.10a patch. now see WHAT FOLDER the 1.10a patch is patching. It will end with '\th123'. Delete that. Now run the patch. Then run the game. Enjoy.

I have a problm instaling 1.10a. IN jappanese and US region it shows me same error as Anonymous. But whe I tried instalin on my local(Slovenia) it was going great but stops on halp instaletin and shows me window with some strange meesage. I tried to paste it but doesnt work. Help please. T.T
